Attire
There are changing rooms at each studio. Wear clothing you can move in (but no baggy clothes, please - they obscure alignment.) Bare feet are essential. No perfume. No heavy jewelry.
Food
Come to class with an empty stomach.
Special Physical Needs
Be sure to let your teacher know about any injuries, physical problems or medical conditions so s/he can modify poses for you.
Be on time
Teachers begin each class with preparatory practices for what follows. It's unsafe (and disruptive) to come in late. You may be turned away if you arrive after the start of class, or your space may be given away.
